This year it was created on the basis of eight blocks of indicators. Attention was paid to how students passed the main state exam (OGE) and the Unified State Exam (USE), how they participated in the Moscow and All-Russian Olympiads for schoolchildren.

The results of the competitions were also taken into account, and the All-Russian Olympiad of professional skills and the Abilympics championship. In addition, schools and lyceums included in the rating pay special attention to sports training (pupils win prizes in competitions), the work of preschool departments and crime prevention. If a child who is registered with the internal affairs bodies behaved approximately during the school year, then the school will receive more points for him than for another student.

Thus, the main rule for compiling a rating is to fix not the conditions of training, but specific results. For example, the presence of a swimming pool in a school fades into the background, giving way to the success of schoolchildren in olympiads and exams.

He is engaged in the methodology of compiling the rating. According to its director Ivan Yashchenko, the Department of Education and the Moscow City Hall formulate the main directions in which the education system should develop, and already for them they find quantitative characteristics and an algorithm for calculating the final indicators.

The first rating was made according to the results of the 2010/2011 academic year. Then it was based on only two indicators: the results of the Unified State Examination or the State Final Attestation (GIA) and participation in the Moscow and All-Russian Olympiads for schoolchildren. In subsequent years, the evaluation criteria began to expand. Since the 2015/2016 academic year, the rating has been updated several times a year so that it takes into account the results of past school Olympiads or professional competitions.

Basically, educational institutions are evaluated based on the results of children in the Unified State Examination, GIA and Olympiads. And other criteria. For example, if students were caught for violations in the exam, the school lost points. Points were awarded for the transition of the child from the preschool department to the first grade of the same school. At the same time, the rating does not take into account the internal assessments of schools (in journals and notebooks), which makes it more objective.

Out of 300 schools, the first 170 will receive a grant (the top 20 will receive Grade I grants, places 21-70 will receive Grade II grants, and places 71-170 will receive Grade III grants). The amount is different every year and will be known later. The school can use this money for internal needs: the purchase of equipment, additional materials for laboratories, repairs, etc.

The 11th graders from the school with in-depth study of English No. 1319 in Maryino showed themselves best. 25 out of 26 graduates scored more than 220 points in three exams. It is interesting that the 1319th school did not make it into the list of the best schools in Moscow and the country - these ratings take into account the results of the GIA and victories in school olympiads.

On the second line was the Gymnasium in the South-West No. 1543: out of 90 students - 82 high scorers! Gymnasium No. 1514 took the third position: 80 high-scorers out of 88 graduates.

We work not for the result, but for a high level of training, - says Director of the Moscow Gymnasium in the South-West Yury Zavelsky.- I think that for 42 years of work as a director I managed to gather a solid team of professionals. From my point of view, our students receive very good knowledge, for which we need to thank our parents immensely - and how could it be without them! We discuss with them all sorts of issues that at least somehow relate to the gymnasium.

The scandalous 57th school also distinguished itself. In this list, she was on the 8th line: out of 110 graduates, 94 children scored more than 220 points.

Why small schools came out on top is not surprising. It is much easier to prepare one class for state exams than ten! But large complexes also did not lose face. Lyceum No. 1535, which occupies the top lines of the rating of capital schools every year, also showed excellent results. Of the 277 graduates - 248 high scorers and only 4 children who scored less than 160 points in three exams. High school students of the Lyceum of the Higher School of Economics also hold their own: 302 people out of 381 scored high scores. Well, no one scored less than 160!

It is clear that it is not very correct to evaluate schools only by the results of the USE. Somewhere only senior classes are taught and gifted children are specially selected, weeding out those who do not reach the level. In others, they take all the guys from neighboring yards, including those who do not have enough stars from the sky - and deal with them from the first call to the last. We must not forget about the parents. While some people work on assignments with their child from morning to night and do not skimp on tutors, others send their children to school as if they were in a storage room. Therefore, it is impossible to completely shift the responsibility for the results of the USE to schools.

This ranking presents the 400 best schools in Moscow based on the results of the 2017/2018 academic year. The rating was compiled according to a number of parameters, including: academic performance, USE scores, the number of participants in olympiads and prizes in them, the development of schoolchildren's talents, the performance of preschool groups, crime prevention, work with students with special educational needs, etc.

It should be noted that this is not the first time such studies of the quality of Moscow education have been carried out. Every year, together with the Ministry of Education and Science and the Department of Education of Moscow, such certifications are carried out according to a specially developed system for assigning points for quality indicators. In 2017/2018 Moscow schools showed very good results.

So the number of schools that scored conditional 100 points in the last academic year (2016/2017) amounted to 292 schools. In the 2017/2018 academic year, there were already 399 ! This indicates positive processes in Moscow school education, the quality of education of which directly depends on the qualifications of the teaching staff and the material and technical base of Moscow schools.

Block 1. Indicators of the effectiveness of the work of an educational organization to ensure high-quality mass education:

  • for each student who scores at least 220 points in any three subjects in the USE, 1 point;
  • for each student who scored from 190 to 219 points in any three subjects on the USE, 0.5 points;
  • for each student who scored from 160 to 189 points in any three subjects on the USE, 0.25 points;
  • for each student who scored at least 12 points in three subjects of the OGE ( according to the recommended FIPI 5-point scale) is charged 0.25 points;
  • for each subject for each student who has overcome the established minimum threshold in the citywide mandatory subject diagnostics based on the results of training in the 4th and 7th grades - 0.02 points;
  • for each student who has overcome the established minimum threshold in the citywide mandatory meta-subject diagnostics based on the results of training in the 4th and 7th grades - 0.02 points;

If there are students who have been removed from the USE, the score scored by the educational organization based on the results of the USE will be multiplied by a coefficient. This coefficient is calculated according to the following formula:

Block 2. Indicators of the effectiveness of the work of an educational organization to create conditions for the development of talents of the maximum number of students.

2.1. The results of participation in the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren (regional and final stages) and the Moscow Olympiad for schoolchildren.

Points are awarded according to the following rule:

  • winner of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren -
    10 points,
  • winner of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren - 5 points,
  • winner of the Moscow Olympiad for schoolchildren or the regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren - 3 points,

2.2. Subject coverage at the municipal stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. The results of participation in the municipal stage of the High School of Education are evaluated:

  • for every subject, according to which the educational organization has winner or prize-winner of the municipal stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in the classroom basic schools are credited 0.2 points.

  • for each pupil transferred from a preschool group to grade 1 of the same educational organization, 0.1 points.

Block 4. Performance indicators of the educational organization for crime prevention

  • for each student of grades 7-11 who did not commit offenses during the academic year - 0.005 points
  • for each student of grades 7-11, who is on preventive records in the internal affairs bodies, who has not committed offenses during the academic year - 0.5 points
  • for each student of grades 7-11, who is on the intra-school preventive record in an educational organization (in agreement with the Governing Council), who has not committed offenses during the school year - 0.02 points

Each student is counted only once.

Block 5. Performance indicators of the educational organization for working with students with special educational needs.

Points awarded for students with disabilities (according to the USE, OGE, Olympiads, diagnostics, preschoolers) are multiplied by a factor of 3 (for those with a funding ratio of 2), and by a factor of 5 (for those with a funding ratio of 3).

Taking into account the fact that upon admission, students with disabilities must present one USE, then for this category instead of:

  • 1 point for a set of at least 220 points in the sum of three USE, 1 point is applied for a set of at least 73 points on alone from the exam;
  • 0.5 points per set from 190 to 219 points in total for three USE, 0.5 points per set apply from 63 to 72 points one of the exams;
  • 0.25 points per set from 160 to 189 points in total for three USE, 0.25 points per set apply from 53 to 62 points one of the exams;
  • 0.25 points for a set of at least 12 points in total in three subjects of the OGE, applies 4 points one of the OGE subjects.

The rating points of an educational organization are multiplied by coefficients, depending on the number of children with disabilities. A detailed account is taken of the work of an educational organization with students with special educational needs, at different levels of education (preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general, secondary vocational). The total points of the educational organization, scored for the results achieved at the corresponding level of education, are multiplied by the coefficients for working with the corresponding groups of children with disabilities:

The results of participation of students in the city Olympiads “Museums. Parks. Estates” and “The link between generations will not be interrupted”. The rating scores of educational organizations are multiplied by a coefficient calculated depending on the level of performance (in total for both Olympiads):

  • high level (the presence of at least four diplomas, of which at least two winners) - coefficient 1,02 ;
  • good level (at least three diplomas, of which at least one winner) - coefficient 1,01 ;
  • the work has just begun (the presence of at least one diploma of a prize-winner or winner) - coefficient 1,005 ;
  • results not shown or missing – coefficient 1,00 .

Block 7. Development of professional skills and professional skills.

The results of participation are taken into account:

  • in the All-Russian Olympiad of professional skills of students in the specialties of secondary vocational education;
  • in competitions in professional skills of the WorldSkills Russia movement,
  • in professional skill competitions of the JuniorSkills Russia movement;

Each student in each nomination is counted once in accordance with maximum result. One student is counted in no more than two in various nominations:

  • 10 points,
  • 5 points,
  • regional stage winner 3 points,
  • winner of the regional stage - 1 point.

The results of participation in the championship of professional skills for people with disabilities are taken into account Abilympics

  • winner of the all-Russian stage - 10 points,
  • winner of the all-Russian stage - 5 points,

The results are also taken into account. GIA according to WorldSkills Russia standards:

  • The scores of graduates based on the results of the GIA according to WorldSkills Russia standards are equated to similar USE scores, determined by the corresponding percentiles in standardized scales.

Block 8. Development of mass amateur sports.

The results of the participation of educational organizations in team competitions in amateur sports are taken into account:

  • Presidential competitions;
  • Presidential Sports Games;
  • Moscow Basketball Championship "Victory Ball";
  • Open All-Russian chess competition "Belaya Ladya".

Points are awarded in accordance with the following rules (for each educational organization, one best result is taken into account in each competition - among all classes and all levels):

Each student in the USE parameter is counted only once.

In 2017, the range of Olympiads is expanding as part of the Moscow School Olympiad.

Each student in each subject is counted once in accordance with the maximum result. One student is counted in no more than two subjects. In the event that a student transfers to another educational institution, the points based on the results of the Olympiads of the current academic year during this academic year are divided in half between the educational organization that the student attended in this academic year and the educational organization that the student attended as of May 25 of the previous year.
