It was difficult for two talents to get along in one team. Later, Barykin resumed the activities of the Carnival group, but without Kuzmin.

Group "Dynamic"

The year 1982 became fateful for Vladimir Kuzmin - the musician created the group “Dynamic”. Vladimir was already a famous musician, so his new brainchild immediately received recognition. The participants of “Dynamics” got involved in hyperactive work and successfully toured in many cities of the country.

The guys' repertoire was distinguished by its stylistic diversity: from indomitable rock and roll to stylish reggae blues. Vladimir, possessing sensitivity not only to music, but also to the surrounding reality, embodied his daily observations in songs. Kuzmin gave this direction the name “musical feuilleton”.

However, the working conditions for the rock band were not the best. The Ministry of Culture pursued a clear anti-rock policy, which undoubtedly contributed to the collapse of the Dynamik group in 1983. But Kuzmin found a way out of this situation. He began to work as an independent singer and musician, and the rest of the group became an accompanying band.

At the same time, the musicians continued to tour, and their fans could barely fit in the stadiums and sports palaces. Vladimir was listed at the top of various charts almost every year. But gradually this group format exhausted itself, and a new stage began in Kuzmin’s life and career.

Solo career

Quite unexpectedly, Vladimir Kuzmin became a member of a musical group at the Song Theater to work with. Thus began a special stage in the musician’s work, filled not only with collaboration with the greatest singer, but also with romantic relationships.

These were the secret feelings of two strong people who attracted each other with their beauty and talent, but also repelled each other, since both were leaders and did not want to obey anyone. Under the influence of the singer, even the style of Kuzmin’s songs changed: rock and roll faded into the background, and ballads, lyrical songs and pop numbers took the main place.

Vladimir writes amazing songs for Diva, which instantly become hits. Also in 1985, the musician released his first solo disc under the significant title “My Love.” But it did not contain all the achievements of Kuzmin and Alla Pugacheva; only 12 years later they were presented in the luxurious album “Two Stars”.

In 1987, there was another resumption of the activities of the Dynamics group. This was followed by numerous concerts, recording of new songs, entire albums and the return of former glory. In 1989, Kuzmin created the album “Tears on Fire,” which became especially valuable for the musician himself and for his fans.

Life in the USA

The beginning of the 90s was not the best stage in the life of Vladimir Kuzmin. Harsh criticism from ill-wishers, as well as a budding relationship with an American model, forced the musician to leave the country and move to California (USA). Having changed his place of residence, Kuzmin remains true to his passions - he continues to make music, performing his favorite blues and rock and roll in clubs.

During 1991 - 1992, Vladimir played almost all the famous compositions of Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix and other popular guitarists. Kuzmin also managed to record two new albums. Both musicians from the USA and former members of the group “Dynamic” worked on their creation.

Homecoming

In 1992, the musician returned to Russia and took on the task of restoring the Dynamik group. Tours were immediately organized throughout Russia, which enjoyed incredible success. Kuzmin even manages to realize his old dream - to create his own music studio.

In 1992 and 1995, Kuzmin published the albums “My Friend Luck” and “Heavenly Attraction”, which confirmed his status as a musician of the highest level. The best songs of these albums were: “Five minutes from your house”, “Hey, beauty!”, “Siberian frosts”, “Heavenly attraction”, etc. 1996 was marked by the release of the album “Seven Seas”, thanks to which Vladimir became a permanent participant in all-Russian bike show.

For several years in a row, Kuzmin was a laureate of such festivals as the Golden Gramophone and Song of the Year, constantly toured and filmed video clips. The musician worked very fruitfully: in 1999 he presented the album “Our Best Days”, in 2000 - “Networks”, in 2001-2002 - “Roker-1” and “Roker-2”. In his latest albums, Kuzmin has demonstrated himself from the most unexpected sides - sincere, loving, provocative and explosive.

In addition, in 2003, the musician released the wonderful album “About Something Better.” One of his compositions, “A Tale in My Life,” has become the favorite song of millions of people. 2008 was also a special year for the star, which was distinguished by high productivity. The musician's works of this time were characterized by scale and maturity, appreciated by critics.

In 2011, the talented musician deservedly became People's Artist of Russia. The award only spurred the artist to new achievements. So, in 2012, Kuzmin pleased his fans with an album called “Epilogue”, in 2013 - “Organism”, and in 2014 - “Dream Angels”.

In the personal life of Vladimir Kuzmin there were a lot of feelings and romance, serious relationships and fleeting hobbies. In his youth and even in his mature years, the famous rock musician was pursued by crowds of girls, however, his wives always felt the most beautiful and loved.

In general, Kuzmin was married three times. The first time he chose Tatyana Artemyeva as his life partner, with whom he was married from 1977 to 1985. She was an excellent poetess and became the author of the words for several of Vladimir's songs. The couple had three children: Elizaveta (born 1977), Stepan (born 1983) and Sonya (born 1985). Kuzmin became the adoptive father of Tatyana’s son Nikita (born 1988). In addition, Vladimir had two daughters out of wedlock: Marta (born 1986) - from Irina Miltseva and Nicole (born 1987) - from a fan of Tatyana.

Kuzmin married for the second time in 1990 to fashion model Kelly Curzon after moving to California. The couple's relationship was vibrant and exciting, but the marriage was unsuccessful and therefore did not last long. Since 1993, the rock musician began a serious relationship with a famous actress and TV presenter. For her beloved man, Vera took over directing his videos. In general, the star couple lived together until 2000, but never decided to enter into a legal relationship.

A year later, Vladimir married for the third time. The musician met his wife Ekaterina Trofimova in Anapa. At that time, the girl was barely 18 years old. The age difference between the famous musician and his chosen one was 27 years, but this did not become an obstacle to love.

The family union of Vladimir and Ekaterina has lasted for more than 15 years and we can be proud of it! It is not without reason that they say that a young wife can restore her husband’s youth, and the artist himself stated that this is his first true love. However, in 2015, Kuzmin got into a major scandal when he appeared on stage in Rostov-on-Don completely drunk. Many viewers posted videos and photos of the musician on Youtube and Instagram with critical remarks about his condition, as well as the quality of his playing. The press immediately spread a rumor that the artist drinks too much precisely because of quarrels with his wife.

It is worth noting that there are many tragedies in the personal life of Vladimir Kuzmin. So, in 2002, his eldest daughter Elizaveta was killed in Moscow in her apartment, but the killers were never found. In 2009, the artist’s son, Stepan, died tragically. Kuzmin's adopted son Nikita relatively recently became involved in a $50 million scam. Manhattan prosecutors accused the star's adopted son and his accomplices of money laundering, fraud and illegal financial transactions. For these crimes they faced up to 95 years in prison. But the court’s decision turned out to be much lenient - Nikita was sentenced to 3 years in prison and released right in the courtroom, because he had served the specified term during the investigation.

Vladimir Borisovich Kuzmin (born May 31, 1955, Moscow) is a Russian rock musician, multi-instrumentalist, rock vocalist, and songwriter. People's Artist of Russia (2011). Since 1983, for more than 20 years, Vladimir Kuzmin has released about 20 albums and written more than 200 songs, many of which were performed by him together with the musicians of the group “Dynamic”.

The singer hasn’t been performing much lately, and now I saw his name again on the December poster in our city. I am very glad that Vladimir Kuzmin managed to recover from what happened in his life.

A fire broke out in the apartment of the son of a popular singer on Academician Pilyugin Street on Sunday morning. As investigators later found out, the cause of the fire turned out to be trivial - an unextinguished cigarette thrown near the sofa.
“And there was no fire,” eyewitnesses assure. - Only smoke poured out of the window - thick, black.

Then a completely naked guy appeared in the same window. Apparently, he was afraid that he was cut off from leaving the apartment by fire and tried to escape by making his way along the ledge to the neighboring apartment. But he broke loose and flew down...
“At that moment, my husband and I were drinking coffee in the kitchen, when suddenly a man flew outside the window,” Tatyana, Kuzmin’s neighbor from below, recalls with horror. - We rushed to the window and looked: the satellite dish was shaking, and Styopa was lying on the ground.
Firefighters and an ambulance were already on their way to the scene. Firefighters dealt with the fire quickly. The doctors could only confirm the death of the young man.

DEATH OF THE ELDER DAUGHTER

Stepan's death is the second great grief in the family of the famous rock performer. Earlier, in December 2002, his 24-year-old daughter from his first marriage to poetess Tatyana Artemyeva was killed in Moscow. The body of Elizaveta Kuzmina was found in an apartment on Seslavinskaya Street. As investigators reported at the time, the girl’s cause of death was a stab wound to the neck. Very soon the main suspect in the murder was identified - Lisa's 18-year-old boyfriend Vladimir. At the first interrogation, he admitted that he killed her during a quarrel.
In addition to Elizaveta and Stepan, the musician is survived by three more children: daughters Sophia and Marta and son Nikita.

Sister Sophia, by the way, a graduate of “Star Factory-3” lived in the apartment next to Stepa’s on the 18th floor.

Third misfortune. The adopted son of singer Vladimir Kuzmin, Nikita Kuzmin, became a defendant in a major scam, the damage from which amounted to at least $50 million. The Manhattan Southern District Attorney's Office charged Nikita Kuzmin and his accomplices with computer fraud, illegal financial transactions and money laundering. He now faces up to 97 years in prison.
