What happened to the graduates of the FSB Academy. Vanity parade: graduates of the FSB Academy staged a mass race in Gelendvagens. Why did the Chekists roll the turnout

The story of the scandalous arrival of graduates of the FSB Academy on 30 gelendvagens in Moscow is developing. One of the participants in the race responded to accusations from the security forces and the public, and rental offices told how young people were looking for cars for rent, the cost of which they estimate at 250-300 thousand rubles. Meanwhile, the Kremlin said that for them this is “no reason for comment”, but the traffic police and the leadership of the academy should look into what happened. Later on Monday, it became known that the FSB had launched an investigation.

The arrival of future security officials on about three dozen gelendvagens in Moscow (they talk about 28, then about 30 cars) has already been commented on in the Kremlin. They did not express their attitude there, specifying that “this is not a reason for comments from the Kremlin,” but they recognized that there are administrative and moral and ethical aspects that need to be dealt with.

Recall that over the weekend, videos and photos were scattered on the Internet, which, as the Ren-TV channel found out, were staged by graduates of the FSB Academy on June 21. Social media users were outraged by the behavior of the future security forces, and FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov even accused them of treason because, being graduates of the FSB Academy, they did not hide their faces and posted a photo with the names of the entire group on the Internet.

Then the channel's sources reported that the graduates rented cars: two or three people rented a car for three hours, the cost of an hour of rent is 1.5 thousand per person. However, later, in a conversation with the Govorit Moskva radio station, Vsevolod, a rally participant who posted a video of the event, said that “the drivers are the owners of the cars and their releases have passed a long time ago.” In addition, he said that gelendvagens are “sponsored assistance to the younger generation.”

At the same time, a spokesman for car rental company Gwagen told the radio station that the alumni were unable to rent all the cars in one location due to financial problems. According to him, they wanted to rent 30 cars, but after finding out the prices, they decided to look at other places.

They turned to many people, all over Moscow. (...) We have conditions from 2 thousand per hour, they wanted cheaper. There are also contracts, they collected money for six months.

According to the interlocutor of the radio station, the graduates took only two cars from Gwagen, and then through intermediaries. The company suggested that some of the cars could be provided by participants in the Gelandewagen owners forum.

This is a regular rental. Those rooms that I saw are just rental rooms. Half of the rental rooms.

An interlocutor of Moskovsky Komsomolets in one of the rental shops, whose services the young people never used, estimated the cost of renting all cars at 250-300 thousand rubles.

Two thousand rubles per hour seemed too expensive for them, and as far as I know, they turned to other offices (there are about 30 of them throughout the capital) and “scraped” the cars “through the bottom of the barrel”. I find it difficult to say the exact amount of their budget, but I can assume that the run that took place cost them 250-300 thousand rubles.

The cameraman who filmed the race told Moskovsky Komsomolets that young people began planning their graduation in February. The race was actually filmed back in June, but the professionally filmed video was not supposed to get on the Internet.

Yes, there was indeed a shoot. But we didn't know who these guys were or where they came from. We thought that these were ordinary graduates, no one showed us any "crusts". They paid 7 thousand rubles for the video. We filmed it back in June, and only now everything has scattered in the media - and only because someone stole the video from us. We keep all the footage in the archive, but apparently someone got access to it and posted the video on the network.

Perhaps we are talking about this video, which was filmed really professionally. On it, young people in gelendvagens and in white shirts occupy several lanes, buzz and lean out of the windows. You can also see how they take a group photo on Sparrow Hills:

Responding to criticism from the public and the security forces, Vsevolod, a participant in the race, said that "this is normal."

It's quite normal. If they rode white Volgas, they would be praised. I do not see anything inadequate in the passage of the cortege without traffic violations.

And to Mikhailov’s accusations, the young man said at all that he was “a graduate of the journalism faculty of Moscow State University, and not a military general”:

As a former employee, he must understand that with these comments he only inflates a topic that, in theory, should be silenced, and not advertised to a millionth audience.

One of the participants in the mass rally of graduates of the FSB Academy explained the situation. According to him, the criticism is quite understandable - they didn’t ride on white Volga. At the same time, he did not hesitate to boldly answer FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov, who was outraged by what had happened. It should be noted that, according to the new law, the holding of such motor rallies must be coordinated with the city authorities.

The Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen race with graduates of group 314 of the FSB Academy in Moscow took place on June 21. A video of this impressive action has appeared on the Web. Moreover, the main video is clearly the work of a professional, and not eyewitnesses.

The footage shows 28 black Gelandewagen moving around the capital. We managed to trace part of the route from the footage: you can see the landscapes of the Sparrow Hills, then along Kosygin, to the Berezhkovskaya embankment and towards the Kyiv railway station. So the future security forces celebrated the release.

One of the participants in the race, Vsevolod, who made the video public, said that the cars were rented. According to the REN TV channel, each car was rented for three hours at 1.5 thousand rubles per hour.

A friend of the rally organizer said that, in fact, this money was spent on gasoline and washing foreign cars, and this graduation was “sponsored and gratuitous assistance to the younger generation.” “The drivers are the owners of the cars, and their graduations have been over for a long time,” he specified.

This explains to the indignant bloggers how the young security officials of Gelika get several million rubles each. Users of social networks immediately remembered Rusalan Shamsuarov, the son of a top manager of Lukoil, who, with a friend, arranged races with the police in the same SUV.

Vsevolod also responded to criticism from FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov, who said that security officials should be fired for this, as they violated all the basic tenets of work in the bodies: modesty and secrecy. "This is a betrayal of the interests of the service - to post photos of comrades who could serve in intelligence, to light up at the very beginning of their careers," he said, urging the leadership of the department to dismiss the participants in the race.

The rally participant emphasized that Mikhailov is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, “and not a military general,” but as an ex-employee he must understand that “with these comments he only inflates a topic that, in theory, should be suppressed, and not advertised to a million audience.” “If they rode white Volgas, they would be praised,” he quipped.

Vsevolod said that he did not see "anything inadequate in the passage of the cortege without violations of traffic rules."

Meanwhile, bloggers note that the FSB officers violated traffic rules while driving through the capital: they leaned out of the windows and honked for no reason, which could create an emergency on the road, which is clearly seen in the video footage.

“They will have to undergo re-education in permafrost conditions on Franz Josef land”

Service in the "non-prestigious" subjects of the Russian Federation will most likely be held by graduates of the Academy of the FSB, who were brought to disciplinary responsibility after. Major General of the FSB in the reserve, Alexander Mikhailov, told MK about the prospects for the professional growth of these young specialists and assessed the severity of the punishment for their teachers.

Recall that today, July 14, the FSB reported on the inspection of the incident and told what punishment awaits the graduates and the leadership of the Academy. Thus, graduates of the educational institution will be brought to disciplinary responsibility, and a number of Academy leaders will be demoted. Others will simply be fired.

Alexander Georgievich, the official report of the FSB says that the graduates violated the special requirements of the service. What are these obligations?

I remember how they taught me - "we should not be seen, but security must be provided." This is the main task. But, apparently, these young people were taught something else. It seems that the graduates of the Academy, who found themselves in the public domain, did not quite understand what they had graduated from. In addition, there is a code of honor for a Russian officer. Although it dates back to the 19th century, it has not lost its relevance today. And when one of the graduates declares after the scandal that cars of this class were rented for ... sponsorship money, this is generally nonsense. That is, it turns out that people who have not yet begun to work have already accepted someone's help in advance ...

The young shoot, which decided to show who is the boss in the house, dealt a serious blow to the reputation of the department with their act.

Alexander Mikhailov

- Do you think that the leadership of the academy was punished fairly?

Yes, the FSB is absolutely correct. Because the question immediately arises, who are the teachers of these sheep, who for five years have not understood that they are a closed caste, which should be distinguished by exemplary behavior, does not have the right to give even the slightest reason to the enemy. And this situation has shown that educational work is not up to the mark, unfortunately. Therefore, as they say, everyone should carry their suitcase.

- They also say that after this situation, the conditions of service will be changed. What does it mean?

Each graduate receives a distribution. Surely, many hoped for distribution in the prestigious subjects of the Russian Federation - in Moscow, St. Petersburg. After this situation, it is possible that all of them will have to undergo re-education in permafrost conditions on the land of Franz Josef and identify spies in the form of polar bears from Peru. Satiety and the desire to show off must be corrected by long-term therapy. I am not in favor of sending them to the same North Caucasus, where they can do more harm than good. But it is possible to give them the opportunity to dissect on Gelendvagens along the Tundra.

- How long can this therapy last?

It already depends on what kind of brains someone has. In a good way, these young people who are loyal to sponsorship need to be placed in an environment where people really work without raising their heads, solve problems and run around in soap because of the dynamics of operational life. I still remember the operatives who came to duty stations with their own boilers and did not take bread from other people's hands, so as not to be indebted to someone. What kind of sponsorship is there ... Now these young people need just such an example.

- Not harsh?

Definitely not. A very tough and understandable reaction followed from the leadership of the FSB. They reacted correctly. The society also responded very correctly and in a timely manner to this “bell”. More about severity. You know, I remember how one head of the Moscow service department once saw an officer in jeans, which were rare then. He stopped him and said: “Comrade lieutenant, you won’t surprise anyone in Moscow with your jeans. But surprise at the new duty station.

Introduction. The information has already been widely circulated. I have rhetorical questions:

Is it instead of the honor of an officer in government institutions and academies that they instill that their graduates are the masters of life? And if they come there morally flawed, then why are these negative traits of character for future service not corrected during the years of study? And what will they do when they occupy at least some small post?

I sincerely hope that in fact of this state of emergency, all participants are provided with a penalty with entry in a personal file. And for good, it is necessary to send them to distant places of our vast Motherland for 3 years, so that they would come to their senses from a beautiful life.

Vanity Parade

Lieutenants in luxury SUVs behaved defiantly and arranged "checkers" on the road [video]

A curious video appeared on the Internet: 30 Gelendvagens (these are luxury SUVs, a new one costs from 7 million rubles) drive along Moscow highways in an even formation, play checkers, line up beautifully, as in advertising, start off abruptly. The tightly tinted windows of the car are lowered, strong young people, short-haired, in white shirts, are visible in the salons.

Gelendvagen cortege in Moscow

What was it, and most importantly - why? And yes, where do 22-year-old lieutenants get the money for such cars? Rich parents? But what are their sons doing in the FSB? They usually study abroad, if in Russia, then mainly at MGIMO. And here - future fighters against internal enemies of the state, including corrupt officials, in cars worth the cost of a good apartment in Moscow. Or is it that from their youth they are accustomed to expensive things so that they are incorruptible in the service?

The reaction of the Internet community is approximately the same: this is a clear overkill. So impudently demonstrating your wealth to young security officials is incorrect. This is at least. And as a maximum, the public demands to punish those who organized this VIP parade on Gelendvagens.

It was not intelligence officers and counterintelligence officers who went, but merchants of the first guild, ”said FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov in an interview with KP. - So pompous, arrogant. If they start their careers like this, then there will be little sense from them. All participants in the journey should come to the unit already with a penalty, the organizer should be fired, the course leaders at the Academy who allowed this to happen should be punished.

Photos of graduates have already appeared on the network.

This, I believe, is also a malfeasance. My point of view: the person who posted these photos - it is necessary to initiate a criminal case against him, of course, expel him! For four years they were taught conspiracy, corporate ethics, that secrets should not be divulged. A betrayal was committed against those guys who were in these pictures. Many of my colleagues on Facebook are not just outraged, they exploded over this fact. The leadership of the FSB academy has always suppressed such things very harshly, but in this situation they are just loose boys.

Will those who arranged a rally on Gelendvagens continue to serve?

They are already distributed. We do not have a collective farm, where everyone goes where they want. At the stage of defending diplomas, they are distributed among departments.

The arrival of graduates of the Academy of the FSB on Gelandewagen turned into a clip

PS Good advertisement for Gelik

Official reaction:

The council at the Ministry of Internal Affairs stood up for the participants in the run on 30 gelendvagens

Graduates of the FSB Academy, who drove 30 gelendvagens through the center of Moscow, should not be punished, but an educational conversation should be held with them, Anton Tsvetkov, chairman of the Security Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, deputy chairman of the Public Council at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow, told Life.

I do not think that it is necessary to punish the leadership of the academy. Just draw organizational conclusions and be more attentive to graduation celebrations for young officers. I don’t think that now it is necessary to spoil the life of graduates and punish them, but it is necessary to have a certain conversation,” he said.
